CHINESE MEDICINE

Shiatsu

Shiatsu is a hands—on massage therapy technique that originated in Japan. Shiatsu uses the fingers and the palms of the hands to apply pressure to particular sections on the surface of the patient's body. This pressure—like acupuncture needles—corrects imbalances of the body and maintains and promotes health. This method can also be used in the healing of specific illnesses. It's a very relaxing style of massage. There are various styles of Shiatsu, and I practice a style that follows the meridians and acupuncture points outlined in Chinese Medicine.

Every moment is a moment to relax.
