Initial Acupuncture Visit (90-120 minutes): $100
Return Acupuncture Visit (60-75 minutes): $60-$80 sliding scale
Herbal Consultation: $50 (+ cost of herbs)
Nutritional Consultation: $70
Chinese Herbs (per bag): $10
Payment Options: Rebecca accepts cash and checks.
Cancellation Policy: If you are unable to keep your appointment time, please contact us 24-business hours before your appointment. This courtesy allows us to be available to others. If you do not call 24-business hours in advance, or if you are more then 15 minutes late for your appointment, or do not show for an appointment, we will be obliged to charge you the full fee for treatment.
INSURANCE
I work with a wide variety of insurance providers by offering patients a Superbill upon request. A Superbill is an invoice for your visit that uses standardized codes for all the treatments performed. The process requires the patient to pay the full cost of the treatment out-of-pocket at the time of the visit. You can then submit the Superbill to your insurance carrier for full or partial reimbursement, depending on your policy. Patients wishing to make use of this service should check with their insurance carriers to be sure that Superbills are accepted. Any patient wishing to have insurance cover all or a portion of their treatment should contact their insurance provider to learn the coverage boundaries of their policies regarding acupuncture.
